• Other Areas: 5–7 business days
• Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days

Shipping Costs

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notification. Please contact us or the courier to arrange re-delivery. Uncollected parcels may be returned to us, and re-shipping fees may apply.
