Returns

  • You may return most items within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Software, digital downloads, or items with broken seals.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product listing.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via our Contact page within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
  4. Ship the item back to us securely. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
